About Me

Leaders for Education, Activism and Development (LEAD) is Macedonian non-profit, independent professional organization, founded on by 10 people coming from diverse backgrounds. LEAD, through its actions, strives to achieve the eighth scale of the Roger Hart’s “model of youth participation", which indicates the partnership between youth and adults in all social processes. This is replicated in its founding members which are: high-school students, university students, youth workers, teachers, entrepreneurs and private sector individuals.
