I have an experience of more than 10 years in identification and setting up of local and transnational partnerships with a large array of national and international stakeholders (cities, central authorities, NGO’s, international networks) in order to develop of projects that analyse and benchmark of local problems and needs, formulate of joint solutions, identify, test and implement of best practices, evaluate and address of crucial questions related to policy choices and modes of implementation among urban development options in the frame of various programs financed by the European Union and other international donors (Uract 2, Urbact 3, Interreg IV SEE, Interreg V Europe, Interreg Danube, Interreg Cross-Border Cooperation).
Main domains in which I developed and implemented of projects are: urban mobility, energy efficiency, ICT, clusteres development, territorial marketing, administrative capacity, health, urban planning.
