Victor Yankov - Deputy director of

Currently Victor is a Bulgarian representative to the expert team for European Capitals of Culture - Capacity Building for ECoC at the EC.
Victor Yankov is a Political Scientist, between 2013 and 2016 Victor has been festival director of the cultural festival “NIGHT / Plovdiv”, he has extensive experience in organizing and promoting large-scale cultural events, producer and moderator of the radio broadcast – Moleskin. He actively participated in building the cultural identity of the city and is co-author of a case study to save the Cinema “Cosmos” in front of the Council of Europe – “Cosmos Case”. Since 2017, Victor has been a member of the Sazlburg Global Seminar, has participated in dozens of international forums on cultural policy and project management.
Currently working on KA220 Erasmus Plus Youth Projects as leading organisation and expertise partner in 4 projects.
