Central City Clinical Hospital of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council (CCCH) is created by the reorganization of Ivano-Frankivsk Central City Clinical Hospital and is the health care institution of the territorial community of Ivano-Frankivsk city, which provides secondary (specialized) medical assistance to citizens of Ivano-Frankivsk and Ivano-Frankivsk region.
Enterprise is the legal successor of all property and non-property rights and legal obligations of the Ivano-Frankivsk Central City Clinical Hospital.
The founder of the hospital is the territorial community of Ivano-Frankivsk City Council. Enterprise is accountable to Ivano-Frankivsk City Council of the Ivano-Frankivk Region, its executive committee and mayor. Enterprise is under the direct control of the Health Department of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council (hereinafter referred to as “authorized management body”).
Enterprise implements the non-profit activity aimed on realization its tasks, defined in the Statute without the purpose of achieving profit.
The Director that is assigned by the mayor based on the tender results carries out the current management of the hospital. Director acts without an order on behalf of Enterprise, represents its interests in state authorities and local self-government bodies, in relations with legal entities and individuals, including foreign ones, forms the administration of the hospital and manages its activity.
Enterprise is a legal entity, has an independent balance, a settlement account and other accounts in the institutions of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, stamps and letterhead. The hospital has the right to enter into agreements with state, municipal, private and other legal entities and citizens on its own behalf.
The hospital property belongs to the communal property of the territorial community of Ivano-Frankivsk. In exercising the right of operational management the hospital owns, uses and disposes of the specified property in accordance with current legislation and this statute.
The main activities of the hospital are:
- Provision of specialized and narrowly specialized inpatient medical care for the citizens;
- Development and implementation of measures aimed at improving the quality of medical care and reducing morbidity, disability, mortality rates;
- Provision of emergency medical care for patients with acute illness, trauma, poisoning and in other cases; - full patient examination according to approved clinical protocols for medical assistance.
