About Me

LAG “Central Istria” is a non-profit organization founded by local self-government units, representatives of private sector and representatives of civic sector in the central Istria area, Croatia. Total area covered is 872,06 km2, and according to 2011 Census it has inhabitants. LAG “Central Istria” was established with the goal of creating a quality basis upon which everyone can create together, and with joint forces work on the development and progress, creation of better living conditions for all inhabitants of this ;

The main LAG activity is the implementation of the Local development strategy and supporting the development of projects of the local stakeholders, mainly in the field of ;

Additionally, LAG has experience in the implementation of various projects from the Europe for citizens programme, European social fund and Interreg that cover various subjects of the overall development of the local community such as - rural tourism, cultural heritage, sustainable development, education - formal and informal, local food, short supply chains, ;
