About Me
He received his Ph.D. in Language Studies, specializing in Theoretical and Descriptive Linguistics, from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN/BRAZIL) in 2023. He also holds a master's degree in the same area (2017) and a bachelor's degree in Languages, with a specialization in Portuguese Language and Literature (2014), both from the same institution. He is a member of the research group Discourse & Grammar, whose work and discussions focus on Usage-Based Functional Linguistics (LFCU). His areas of interest include functional linguistics, cognitive-functional linguistics, usage-based functional linguistics, and construction grammar.
