Fundación Cibervoluntarios is a pioneering organisation in technological volunteering, whose objective is to alleviate social gaps, generate social innovation and citizen empowerment, promote Human Rights and the achievement of the 2030 Agenda, through the social use of ICT. Since 2001, Fundación Cibervoluntarios has been fostering and developing programs focusing on digital transformation with social impact, expanding the rights, opportunities and capacities of thousands of persons in a situation of digital vulnerability, through the use and knowledge of all kinds of technological tools and digital skills. To achieve this, the Foundation works with a network of more than 2,800 cybervolunteers and collaborates with more than 1,600 national and international entities and organisations. Through their activities, they reach 60,000 people annually. A trajectory that has been recognized by the Financial Times as one of the 100 entities leading Digital Transformation in Europe and more recently by FORBES Magazine as one of the "Other 100 Greatest Fortunes in Spain”. Fundación Cibervoluntarios has been Involved ni EU projects since 2008, coordinated an H2020 project, where we developed an innovative platform supported by the United Nations to foster Citizen Participation forSDGs (), and are currently involved as partners in 3 Horizon Europe projects, 1Next Generation Internet project, 1 AMIF project and 1 CEF Telecom project and 4 Erasmus +. Find out more info of these projects in our Website: With a unique and tested collaboration methodology, we work in a network to guarantee social and territorial cohesion, with special attention to people and entities in digital vulnerability: • Tested methodologies in educational innovation • Research and development in technological innovation • Encourage positive and secure use of technology • Building Awareness on Cybersecurity • Enhancing Digital Security, Privacy and trust in Software and technological solutions amongst Citizens • Supporting the digitization of SMEs and small NGOs • Civic Technologies Social Labs • Co-creation of digital solutions with citizenship • Driving digital transformation with social impact • User communities and social organizations • Long-term sustainability and scalability • Favoring and guaranteeing Digital Rights and Digital Citizen Sovereignty We can be on board as a partner or as coordinators. We currently work with 38 European organizations, SMEs, industry and universities in research and development projects of technological innovation to develop digital solutions that adapt to the needs of citizens. We are experts in: Social living lab, testing disruptive digital solutions and digital tools with a large community of end users and social organizations, user requirements and needs, Co-creation approach and methodologies with citizens, performing research on user requirements, end user testing, pilots methodology, design and implementation, and focus groups, also Communication and Dissemination. Always involving ICTs, disruptive technologies and using new digital tools and ideas with social impact to achieve the Agenda 2030 and the goals of Next Generation Internet and the Horizon Europe at a national and European level. Thanks to a large base of end users (more than 60.000 annually in Spain) and a network of 2.800 volunteers.
