Fundación Cibervoluntarios (), a Spanish NGO born in 2001 focused on the use of ICTs as a means for social innovation and citizen empowerment, is looking for partners to join Consortium for next Cooperation Partnership call.

We have 1 project proposal on KA220-SCH for the 5th of March:

The project focuses on tackling and preventing online hate speech and cyberbullying aimed at young people aged 12-17. This initiative aims to equip young people, parents and the educational community with the knowledge and skills to identify, report and counteract harmful online content. The project is designed to foster critical thinking, awareness and responsible digital citizenship, while promoting a safe online environment for young people. It is based on a methodology tested and proven by the Foundation at national level, which we intend to scale and improve at European level, enhancing educational content and tools adapted to the realities of youth.

Desired partners:

  • At least 3 Schools from different countries (students from 12 to 17 years old) experienced in Erasmus+ Projects.

Role: This partner will be responsible for engaging with secondary schools that cater to students aged 12 to 17. They will help facilitate the delivery of in-person and online training sessions to students, providing insight into the challenges faced by youth in different countries regarding cyberbullying and online hate speech. Schools will also be instrumental in helping to evaluate the effectiveness of the project’s resources and materials, adapting them to fit the local context.

  •  1 Organisation specialized in Cyberbullying Prevention

Role: This partner will bring expertise in preventing and addressing cyberbullying and hate speech. They will assist in the development of educational materials that focus on identifying and combating online abuse, particularly addressing discrimination based on gender, race, and sexual orientation. They will also design specific workshops and training programs for students and educators and will play a central role in the dissemination of awareness campaigns

  • 1 organisation specialized in youth engagement and advocacy / Dissemination, Communication

Role: This partner will lead efforts to engage youth in preventing cyberbullying and online hate speech, ensuring that the developed materials and strategies are youth-centered and resonate with young people. They will also manage online campaigns, leveraging social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, etc., to spread awareness about the project and encourage active participation. They will play a crucial role in mobilizing young people to become advocates for safer online environments.
