We direct our action towards the most vulnerable people including children, families, disadvantaged youth, elderly people and persons with disabilities, persons in detention, GBV survivors, THB victims and homeless people.

Therefore, we adopt a community-based approach by guaranteeing the active involvement of beneficiaries, stakeholders, local communities, public and private actors in the planification and implementation of our projects and services.

The organization is primarily active at the local grassroots level and employs around 700 workers in the Region reaching over 14 000 beneficiaries every year.
