The main services provided since 1990 are related to the design and management of projects financed by European Union programs in various areas: Vocational and Educational Training, Adult Education, Culture, International Cooperation, Audiovisuals, Youth, European citizenship etc ...
I have established a network of relationships with various organizations in Italy, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Romania, France and Latvia, countries where I normally operate.
In June 2016 I was contracted as expert by the EU Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) to evaluate the projects submitted in response to Call EACEA-12-2016 “CREATIVE EUROPE CULTURE - SUPPORT TO REFUGEE INTEGRATION 2016”.
In December 2016 I was contracted as expert by the Executive Agency for Small & Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) to evaluate the projects submitted in response to Call "Migrants Entrepreneurship Support Schemes” in the framework of the Programme for the Competitiveness of Entreprises and small and medium-sized entreprises (COSME) .
Other experiences in the cultural sphere: Tour Manager for the actor Mario Pirovano () and harpist Giulia Vasapollo () for which I have organized 3 tours in Germany and 2 in Portugal.
