With a decade of experience bridging the private and public sectors, I've cultivated a strong skill set in business development. My professional journey commenced in 2014 within the banking sector, where I dedicated five years to tailoring financial solutions for SMEs and corporate clients. Throughout this period, I conducted comprehensive financial analyses, crafted credit proposals, and managed loan portfolios. In 2019, I transitioned to the public sector, joining the Albanian Investment Development Agency. Over the subsequent five years, I assumed various roles, including Marketing and Research Analysis expert, Head of Projects and Innovation, and Director of SME and Projects. In these capacities, I spearheaded marketing and research analysis efforts, organizing impactful business events that extended from international fairs to B2B meetings. Guiding initiatives aimed at fostering growth and digital transformation among Albanian companies, I led the management of project proposals, facilitated strategic partnerships, and drove market expansion both domestically and internationally. Additionally, I advocated for the adoption of modern technologies to bolster efficiency and competitiveness, overseeing IPA cross-border and COSME projects. Moreover, I provided advisory services covering critical aspects such as business planning, access to grant schemes, financial resources, and market entry strategies. Open to collaboration, I'm actively seeking consulting opportunities where I can contribute my expertise in business development and strategy to help organizations achieve their objectives and navigate complex challenges with confidence and innovation.
