About Me
My name is Neoklis Mantas and I am an Urbanist/Urban Geographer living between Volos and Athens [Greece]. I hold a Master's Degree [MA] in "Cities & Cultures", Queen Mary, University of London. Currently, I am on the 3rd year of my PhD thesis concerning the Branding of the Cinematic City at the University of Thessaly. My academic interests are: Place Branding, Imagined Geographies, City Image & Identity, Cinematic City, Phenomenology and Urban Philosophy. My blog STIGMOGRAPHY is an e-diary, which is made up of moments of urban wandering and investigates the image of the city;
