Looking for Partnership Looking for Extra EU Funds
TRA Tešanj Development Agency was established in 2009 to support local economic development. Our work is focused on seven lines of business: project management, data management and analytics, economic promotion, public-private dialogue, workforce training, rural development, and energy efficiency. Our mission is to promote economic growth by creating and promoting business opportunities, supporting entrepreneurs, and attracting investments. We are a valuable partner for local businesses and constantly strive to improve our capabilities. Our employees are highly qualified and experienced in various fields, including finance, law, education, marketing, and project management. We have established relationships with institutions and organizations for economic development locally and internationally.
We are currently executing two European Union-funded projects that aim to address important societal challenges. The first project focuses on the labor market and aims to facilitate pre-qualification trainings and establish a co-working space, thereby enabling unemployed individuals to develop their skills and enhance their employability. The second project focuses on persons with disabilities (PWDs) and their families, and aims to implement various therapeutic interventions, particularly through greenhouse production, to support their social and economic empowerment.
TRA Tešanj Development Agency collaborates with various stakeholders to support local economic development. Some of our cooperation activities include:
- Partnering with local businesses and entrepreneurs to provide business development services and support.
- Working with local governments to identify and implement strategies for economic growth and development.
- Collaborating with academic institutions to provide training and education programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the local workforce.
- Participating in regional and international networks and partnerships to exchange best practices and promote economic cooperation.
- Working with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and civil society organizations to support sustainable development and social entrepreneurship initiatives.
- Engaging in public-private dialogues to advocate for policies and programs that foster economic development and improve the business environment.
