AEII conducts several projects, provides incubation and mentorship support and organizes training programs for the women entrepreneurs and seeks to strengthen entrepreneurship and increase the number of entrepreneurs in Spain, as well as creating a consciousness among the young people and promoting them to have a better education and step into the business life. Moreover, AEII is an adult education provider. It organizes courses at European level, as well as courses at national level. Its areas of expertise are in both General Education and Vocational Education and Training. With extensive experience and expertise in The Lifelong Learning Programme 2007–2013, Erasmus + 2014-2020 and the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme.
AEII is a partner in a diverse range of projects, organizing events and promoting the image of different organizations and bodies.
AEII seeks to create and adapt new psychological services and training for the different groups of professionals working with social disadvantageous groups to provide them with information, counselling and educational activities; to initiate, participate and implement both local and international projects in the field of social work, formal and non-formal education; to improve skills, competences and knowledge to professionals and volunteers and provide them with methodical support.
