Fundación Cibervoluntarios is pioneer in technological volunteering since 2001. Our main Foundation objective is to generate social innovation and digital empowerment, through citizen participation and the social use of ICT. To achieve this, the Foundation works with a network of more than 3,000 cybervolunteers and collaborates with more than 2,000 national and international entities and organisations. Our work is primary based on our collaborative methodology and a human-centred approach. We count on a research team that applies anthropology to the research and development of innovative technological/technical solutions. On a national basis, bid to empower communities (a variaty of target groups within it), we are experts on ICT training in different levels, digital interactive activities and labs.
Our expertise can be summarised in user requirements, performing research with beneficiaries, end user testing of devices, software and applications, communication and engagement strategies, pilots, and focus groups. Always involving ICTs, disruptive technologies and using new digital tools and ideas with social impact to achieve the agenda 2030 and the goals of Horizon Europe and Next Generation Internet.
