Goals: 1) The transition from the current empirical management to the scientific systemic management, able to prevent mistakes and crises of all kinds, to solve more precisely, quickly and easily the complex problems from all important fields of activity. 2) Managing concepts improving, unification and standardization, using Universal Law of Organization and its Universal Model of Organization and Management, with all the benefits that arise from them.
i am interested in a win-win partnership for the implementation in all European countries of this project to inform students and managers about the new and more effective fundamental concepts of scientific organization and management, necessary to start and run a business or to accomplish any life project. With theoretical precise explanations and practical exercises to fix in memory for entire life these extremely important basic concepts, the digital manual “Scientific Systemic Management. Fundamental Concepts” shows readers how they can successfully use the Gamification method, by the game of chess between them or against the computer. J.F. Kennedy promised: " We have to use all the talent that we have in this country... No American's talent should be wasted." And Americans have arrived on the moon! The way to out of actual crises depends on how much we will each get involved to solve them. .
Having regard to Promoting Entrepreneurship strategy of the European Commission we can propose to our Member State to embed into curricula across secondary, higher and adult education the school matter ”Entrepreneurship” or “Counseling and personal development” (as I proposed and is under study for approval and implementation this year in Romania) in which a part to be destined for the study of Scientific Systemic Management Method, using the above mentioned digital manual. International Center for Leadership in Education recommends digital learning tools: “If children can not learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn.”
