The Challenge
Across Europe, a significant portion of youth are classified as NEETs (not in education, employment, or training). These individuals face economic dependency, social disengagement, and limited access to vocational opportunities, which exacerbates unemployment and reduces societal cohesion. At the same time, the transition to a green economy demands innovative approaches to training and entrepreneurship, particularly in sustainable industries like agriculture. The challenge lies in equipping NEETs with practical, market-relevant skills while fostering inclusion and sustainability.

Our Solution
This project proposes an innovative approach to addressing youth disengagement by focusing on sustainable agriculture as a pathway to economic empowerment and environmental responsibility. Using a combination of theoretical and practical training, participants will learn the skills needed to establish small-scale businesses in agriculture while integrating green practices. The project emphasizes accessibility, inclusion, and alignment with labor market needs, creating opportunities for NEETs to re-engage with society and contribute to the green economy.

The Role of Partners
We are seeking diverse partners to collaborate in shaping and delivering this project. Desired partners include:

1. Vocational Education and Training Providers: Organizations with expertise in developing and delivering training programs tailored to disadvantaged groups.
2. Sustainable Agriculture Specialists: Entities experienced in eco-friendly farming practices to provide technical knowledge and support.
3. Entrepreneurship Organizations: Partners with expertise in small business development and mentoring.
