The aim of this project is to enable students to gain experience in job training in foreign countries and understand the reasons that rate the Austrian, French and German tourist industries among the best in the world. The main goal is to connect professional training with work experience. The project should encourage the close connection of the professional training with the professional life to make the professional training and preparation react better for the needs of the labour market. We want to achieve this by three weeks of professional training at our fellow schools participating in the same project in Bad Hofgastein and Bischofshofen (Austria), Challes les Eaux (France) and Schwaan (Germany)The mobilities will be carried out in the above mentioned fellow hotel schools, at their workplaces, in their kitchens, restaurants and hotels, in a smaller part in the theoretical teaching of vocational subjects. Experiences and competences gained this way should inspire them to new ideas and how to contribute to the development of Czech tourism. This should improve their skills in the beginnings of their working careers and help them to recognize the importance of through-life education and to refresh their expert knowledge. This experience should lead to the emprovements of their business, intercultural and social skills. The project will be encouraging the language studies, creativity, competitiveness, employability and the growth of the enterprise sprit as well.Such an internship should also enhance their business, intercultural and social competences and skills.Students will learn how to use new technologies in production, service and also interconnect communication in this industry. They will manage to emphasize the local specialities in gastronomy in connection with culture, history and folklore. They will study new approaches in hotel business, e.g. wellness stays and hotels. Their training will definitely help them to become more enviromentally conscious and apply these tendecies in the hospitality industry in the Czech Republic. That kind of internship will bring them deep knowledge of how food and wine, beer, spirits and other beverages work in harmony, along with cheese expertise, or expertise in the preparation of coffee-based drinks. They will be in contact with world cutting-edge trends in the catering industry including the latest innovations in information technologies. Furthermore, they will improve and brush-up their language abilities and knowledge about the culture of that foreign country. For the future it also means better work placement perspectives and helps to fulfill the idea of European integration. The Project will use European instruments Europass and ECVET.Mobilities will be carried out from December 2016 to June 2017 at partner schools: Salzburger Tourismusschule Bad Hofgastein and Bischofshofen, Ausbildungs- Umschulungs- Zentrum Schwaan, Lycée Professionnel Hotelier Challes les Eaux.
