Project "Green NGO" is an EVS project for two volunteers from Ukraine and Russia for 1 year. Hosting organisation ZC HB Modry kamen has an experience with the EVS hosting for few years. Theese volunteers joined different branches of activities in the organisation. This project offers to get a complex overview of the NGO and ecocenter workflow in the Czech republic. Volunteers will try to co-work on all the positions (houses operating, gardenig, programmes planing, lecturers assistance, administrative and leadership, project work). Job-shadowing and Learning-by-doing are the methods supposed to be used. The volunteers can incerase their chance on the labour market by co-working on different positions and they can decide their future career better. They will also be motivated for their own enterpreneurship or civil activism. Partner organisation and the volunteer learns the international and intercultural dialogue, cooperation and understanding.
