Main goal of the project: to support 32 students of Zespoł Szkół Zawodowych Nr 4 im. Adama Chętnika in Ostroleka in order to let them develope professional skills and knowledge in the field of hotel business. Particular goals to achieve:- acquisition of knowledge and skills in the professional and comprehensive service of hotel guest using the techniques work positions in various types and categories of hotel facilities,- knowledge and use of fluent foreign language in terms of vocabulary work and industry,- education initiative and entrepreneurship competencies denoting creativity, innovation and risk taking, as well as the ability to plan and manage projects Preparations plan:Scheduled for 30 hours to prepare participants.Cultural preparation 6 hours a led by a teacher with the active participation of participants in mobility.Classes will be conducted at the school. Issues to be covered:- information about Portugal and the region apprenticeship,- An understanding of the recent history of Portugal and Portuguese Polish relations.- conditions of labor market in Portugal and its requirements.Language preparation courses - English- language 20 hours.Key findings for cooperation between the partners will be agreed in writing with regard to the preparation of an agreement containing the learning agreement, signed by the participant and the host organization to the expected learning outcomes are understood by all involved parties.Participants will gain knowledge, professional skills, language. Foreign internship allows the education for openness to other people, teaching respect for differences and diversity. Young people living and studying in small towns will get the opportunity to discover Europe, learn about European labor market. The knowledge, qualifications, knowledge of foreign languages can change their start in professional life.
