Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: May 31, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

The project was set up in compliance with performed work market analysis and educational goals of the Taufer specialized veterinary secondary school. The project follows up the school education plan and previous international mobility activities. The main aim of the project is to improve student´s success at the work market and help them to adopt new experience, competencies and abilities. The project realization shall expand the school educational portfolio by “Hippo therapy Assistant” and “Animal product processing in small scale production”. The Taufer specialized veterinary secondary school is the sending organization, its student of the third grade shall participate in the mobility after one year preparatory course. All students participating in the mobility shall get after the successful completion certificate with the evaluation of their work during the study visit which will improve their chances on the work market. The project participants are expected to have their key competencies level significantly improved, get new experience, and adopt new practical and social skills as well as higher school studying motivation and openness for international cooperation. Mobility organization and gained qualification acknowledgement will be simplified by ECVET principles application. Foreigner partner organizations shall be Zielonogórskie Towarzystwo Hipoterapeutyczne (Poland), where 8 students will participate on practical study visit in hippotherapeutical centre, and Istituto di Istruzione Superiore Catanzaro (Italy), where 26 students will cooperate with small scale agricultural and food processing companies. The certificate for successful participants will make easier the entry to the work market. Participation in the project will be highly beneficial for the sending organisation as the cooperation will verify successfulness of the new market position for its students as well as bring document base for improved pedagogical materials (e.g. educational plans, texts, evaluation materials, ECVET evaluation system incorporation) and therefore receive the MŠMT accreditation. For the students future successful employment it is highly valuable that the “Hippo therapy Assistant” is a completely new work market position which no other secondary school can offer. Finally participation in the ERASMUS+ program shall open up the doors for further international cooperation, educational outputs utilization and enlarge the educational offer of the sending school.
