EZN acting according to the motto, " We combine tradition with modernity " strives to provide its students with the best and most comprehensive development. The project of international vocational training is one of the means to reach the target. The contemporary structure of the labor market strongly requires mobility and reallocation of the workers. Therefore, it is worth to create an attitude of openness to the need for mobility and pro European attitude already in high school students . Practical skills in the profession, gained in foreign companies, its verification and language skills growth would be a positive differentiator for a young man. The apprenticeship, confirmed with a Europass - Mobility Certificate would certainly be a positive differentiator in the CV of the future graduate. Our plan is that nine of our pupils of the 3rd grade would hold apprenticeship in companies with their headquarters in the Spanish Malaga. The objectives of the project including the apprenticeships in foreign countries are: - raising the competence of students in the field of professional practice, - increasing the mobility of students, which may increase their mobility after entering the labor market, - the acquisition of practical skills associated with the profession carried out in the future, - increasing the attractiveness of vocational education by a variety of exciting and creative apprenticeship abroad, - gaining practical language skills, - creating an open, pro-social and pro-European attitude, - increasing the motivation for other students. It is assumed that the project would provide the school and community with benefits by disseminating among young people the "fashion" to participate in vocational training. As a result, within a few years would potentionally appear a crowd of talented youth in the labor market, who have the skills and competence necessary to undertake required jobs in the region, country and Europe.
