The project is intended for the group of 10 teachers from Primary School in Pręgowo (Northern Poland) The main purpose of this one year project is to level up the quality of teaching in Pręgowo through familiarizing the participants with solutions in education used in European Union mainly in Greece. The participants will take part in two courses: "ICT in education" (group I) and "Innovative teaching methods" (group II) organised by a Greek education institute from Pireus: IDEC. The participants will have an opportunity to confront their knowledge and professional experience, as well as to improve professional, language and ICT qualifications, to acquire skills to function in a foreign and multicultural environment, and to familiarize with work culture in another European country. The exchange will take place in 2 groups: I group, 5 people, November 2015 (Pireus, Greece, II group, 5 people, March 2016. The participants will receive EUROPASS MOBILITY certificates which will contribute to the improvement of their competitiveness on the work market. The project would have long and wide effect on other teachers in Pręgowo, pupils, parents, local schools and territorial authorities. The final element of the project will be the conference, during which the participants will receive certificates and they will present the effects of the project : final report and proffessional multimedia presentation.
