The project is intended for 60 students in the initial stage of professional training. The participants of the project will be both girls and boys (students of the 1st and 2nd classes) who are educated in professions of landscape architecture technician, building technician and catering and home economics technician.
Our students come mainly from rural areas which are particularly affected by the effects of structural changes in the agricultural sector.
The participants will be aged 18-19. It is anticipated that students will go in 6 groups. The planned number of people in groups depends on the number of people in classes and ranges 5-13. Stay with the host partner will last 2 weeks for each group. As a beneficiary we plan to implement the project with a partner from Germany at the training centers of BFV (Berlin-Brandenburg Building Industry Association) in Potsdam.
Building and landscape architecture technician are new fields of study created for the needs of the local labour market. The secondary need is to follow the economic revival connected with the opening in the rural environment workplaces in such branches as construction, landscape architecture and gastronomy.
The objective of the project is to support the participants in acquisition and use of knowledge, skills and qualifications to facilitate personal development, enhance employability and participation in the European labour market and promote learning of foreign languages.
There is an urgent need to improve the mobility of students in the initial stage of their vocational education and implement lifelong learning idea in practice.
The additional objectives of the training placement are both increase in attractiveness and competitiveness of our school at the local environment and enhaning the effectiveness of education.

- arousing interest in self-education and retraining
Training placement should be the integral part of vocational education in the country. It is going to be held at the specialised centre of vocational education in Frankfurt/Oder.
Skills gained during the training placement should bring the trainees benefits both at the local and European labour market. The confirmation of doing the training placement will be the document “Europass Mobility”.
