In Europe and around the world there is a growing demand for education, and to achieve the Europe 2020 target is necessary to increase the offer. According to forecasts, on 2030 in the world will have 414 million university students. If education systems do not evolve it will be impossible to meet these needs. An open and flexible learning requires knowledge of the potential of ICTs to improve education and training systems and adapt to the today's digital world Furthermore, 92% of adolescents recognize to be connected at least once per day. And 24% remain online almost all day. Living with the Internet can change the behavior of young people. If we don't care this adolescent addiction to internet and social networks, the closest result may appear between 20 and 30 years, and in an absolutely solitary environment. It is clear that the Internet and social networks offer many possibilities and it is a great advance, but also that we must learn to use them correctly and to avoid the addiction. The "Youth Unplugged" project aims to raise awareness among participants of the dangers of the abuse of new technologies, reduce the vulnerability of adolescents to them and enable young people make good use of ICT, plus find other healthy leisure alternatives to not spend as much time "hooked" to the networks. The project will promote the exchange of ideas, as well as awareness of the young participants through a model of healthy leisure, teamwork, tolerance and peaceful coexistence, cultural and social knowledge of the local community, focusing on improving our digital skills as necessary element to improve our education In this way, we have established tools and techniques to achieve an active and participative methodology and educational way these objectives: discovery of the risks and opportunities of ICTs, knowledge of different possibilities of healthy leisure, opportunities to develop voluntary work in different local organizations, etc. Participation in this exchange will serve young people to strengthen their associative experience and they get used to teamwork, decision-making and the assumption of responsibilities, relationships with different social groups and the delegation of functions. The preparation of this type of project is also a unique experience as school participation. The project should also serve to contribute to their intercultural training and their European awareness so that they can learn to respect and understand other cultures It is a bilateral exchange for 32 adolescents (sixteen per country) between 15 and 18 years, with little or no experience in Erasmus + program, to be held in Caspe for 7 days (from 4 to 10 July 2016)
