Youth Unlimited is a training course which aims to create sustainable ways of youth empowerment through participation and practicing democratic citizenship in youth organizations. During 7 days, 25 youth leaders coming from 17 organizations and 16 EU countries (Poland, Spain, Romania, Latvia.FYR Macedonia, Lithuania .Kosovo, Denmark .Greece, Serbia.Turkey, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Montengro and Croatia), will share experiences and explore new ways of youth participation through active citizenship.The objectives of the training course are:- to increase understanding of youth leaders about active youth participation both in youth work and in decision making processes;- to learn how youth critical thinking can be developed through youth projects;" to develop awareness about democratic citizenship as a meaningful direction foryoung people participating in youth activities; " to explore the nature of youth participation and instruments for is promotionamong groups of young people who usually have fewer opportunities to beactive in civil society or youth activities at local and regional level; to develop creative and attractive ways of citizenship education through youthwork.The main themes of the activity are European awareness and youth participation through active citizenship. The working methods that we will use are: workshops, plenary discussions, role playing, simulating exercises, mind showering and reflection working groups.
