Youth Synergy , is a multilateral youth exchange project, that a group of young people between 18 and 25, from 4 European countries (Spain , Sweden, Portugal, Poland and Slovakia) we want to develop from January 3rd to 12th, 2014, in San Lorenzo El Escorial, Madrid. With the development of Youth Synergy , we'll work around the challenges facing the young people on social inclusion and the urgent need to cooperate with us to create SYNERGY YOUTH in order to counter attitudes of marginalization in our European region our and
local environments. In addition , we will work on the importance of building healthy habits in young people, incorporating the practice
of sports and outdoor activities .
Among the objectives we want to achieve with the development of the project , we have:
- Promote activities outdoor sports as a way of spending leisure time of young healthy
- Know the social and cultural reality of young people from other European countries
- Tell us about the challenges of young people participating and other European countries on issues of social inclusion / exclusion
- Contribute to the development of capacity and debate and proposals .
- To promote intercultural harmony among participants
- Create a space for opinion exchange and proposals for our free time among participants.
- Participate in a shared space of coexistence
The methodology to develop, include the following activities:
- Team Work : Creating videos and blog
- Multicultural Sports Tournament
- Walking Sierra de Guadarrama
- Cultural visits to Madrid and Toledo
- Guided tour to Monastery of El Escorial
- Discussion roundtables
- Intercultural nights
The way to work, during the exchange, will be through the creation of teams in which youth participants will work together the
actions that we have proposed. In addition, we will share our customs, we will know the typical aspects of each country, and share 10
days of living in which we are confident that we have much to learn from each other .
