From the 11th – 20th April, 2016, ten young people interested in environmental protection and journalism from Kragujevac / Serbia will meet ten like-minded young people from Hannover. During their time in Hannover the participants will conduct research on various environmental issues in small teams; just like journalists. This will involve conducting interviews, visiting projects and organizations. The participants will then draft articles about the visited projects. Those will be published online in Serbia and Germany. The participants are also getting to know various media projects in Hannover, like the local citizen’s radio and the local newspaper. Furthermore, they will meet professional journalists, like the public relations officer of the Lower Saxony Ministry of Environment. Moreover, it is important that the participants are getting to know each other and gain insight into each other’s mutual life.
