"Youth Democracy project 1.3, in next decade, regarding environmental issues" is a bilateral three months action plan between Skakistikos Omilos Panoramatos, Municipality of Panorama, Municipality of Boqueixon - YIC and an NGO the Asociaci?n Cultural e Deportiva Z?ramo. The main events will be held in Greece and Spain, organising open to public "simulation of ancient Greek Ágora" debating about local enviromental issues between decision makers and youngsters. A creation of the E.U. map will be made, when the elected representatives will respond to the questions of the youngsters, written at the 12 yellow stars of the blue EU flag. The project includes a mutual visit in Greece and Spain respectively of all participating youngsters. The Greek beneficiary organisation will set up a pilot Youth Information Centre for enviromental issues using high technology through non formal enviromental tools, with the support of a recognised S.A.L.T.O. trainer. A hearing at Municipality Houses will be held at the end of the Youth Democracy project, to transfer the results and the needs of the youngsters to the elected Mayors and Vice Mayors, for a different approach on non formal enviromental approach in modern democratic structure at local level .
