The overall aim of Training Course“Youth Centres to empower youth social development”(Banja Luka,Bosnia Herzegovina,9–18 April 2012),proposed by the hosting organisation "Zdravo da ste-Hi neighbour" Youth Centre,is to create an international opportunity for 24 youth workers and trainers from Programme and SEE countries to explore new competences and approaches in the youth work and non formal education in order to promote young people inclusion and full citizenship by supporting Youth Centres activities and methodologies.The objectives of the project are to:Support innovation and quality of non formal education in youth work and Youth Centres acquiring and developing new methodologies and competences through the realization of different workshops and common activities;Improve the youth work that our NGO’s and Youth Centres are doing on field with young people coming from disadvantaged backgrounds in order to empower their social development and rights;Share with the hosting local community the results and outcomes of the project;Plan a follow up in order to apply and multiply the methodologies acquired and the concrete results achieved.All the activities planned,from preparation till follow up,will guarantee the full involvement and the free expression of participants in a process in which all the partners and participants will have a role as much participative as possible using methods of non-formal education.During the project will be realized icebreaker games, team building, an association fair, intercultural evening, Open Space activities,3 practical workshops (youth inclusion/participation, sustainable development and intercultural dialogue) to be developed thanks to the use of different languages, techniques and tools (forum theatre, video and communication,environmental actions), sharing activities with local community to present projects outcomes/results, sessions on future projects, several evaluation moments both practical aspects and fundamental contents
