In this project we are focusing on urban communities / problem zones, especially those who have poor employment / social opportunities for young people. A great number of middle large cities have great economical problems because of lack / reduction of industry production. This influences on decrease local community as well private sector budget for youth, social, cultural, educational or sport programs. Moreover it's put young people on the street, increase criminal behavior among youngsters or migration in large cities / other countries in search for better life. The CONSEQUENCE of this is extinction of small / middle large cities. That's way we as young people wish to give contribution for improvement of life in our and as well other local communities, so our objectives are: - To recognize similarity and differences between participants; - To share views, experiences and knowledge's between participants and from participants to local community/ies; - To offer space for young people to reflect on the influence of the different inter-cultural encounters; - To develop participants new / additional learning outcomes / competencies; - To create recommendation for improvement of youth opportunities and share it with world; Project duration is 4 month; implementation of YE is 8 days +2 days for travel. Totally 30 people from Croatia, Hungary and Italy will participate in this Youth Exchange. We will have 24 youngsters / volunteers between 16-30 years, 3 group leaders (experienced youth workers) and 3 project team members (youth leaders / workers). We will use non-formal methods of working such as: icebreakers, working groups, thematic evenings, discussions / debates, quizzes, oral presentations, outdoor activities, simulation games, exercises, activities / interaction with local community. Group of activities used to implement the project will be: Getting to know each other; Country, culture, language presentation and simulations / quizzes in this area as method for learning; Presentation of key competences and ERASMUS+; Exploring the city of Sisak, Creating recommendations for improvement of opportunities for youth; public action; future cooperation and project proposals creation, Awarding ceremony and evaluation.
