This is a long term project that we took place in Vranje, Serbia for 12 months. Main aim of the project is to promote inter cultural dialogue, integration and to promote active citizenship.Specific objects of the project:1. to raise awareness about inter cultural dialogue and inclusion of young people from different backgrounds2. to promote theatre as a tool in youth work3. to promote activism and volunteering on local and international level4. to foster cooperation on the interantional level and bring European dimension in non EU countryIdea of the project is to promote mobility and to gain people form different countries to work together and to straight cooperation on different levels. Volunteer will have possibilities to work in different project that we are running in the office. Main activates will be focused on project "Change the rules" with the aim to prevent gender violence among young people. Projects include training for trainers, peer educations in school and variety of promotional activities such as local actions, social network campaign, recognizing important days. Volunteer will have chance to work with group involved in this project, organize meetings, give ideas for the promotional activities. She will also assist in activates under “Anti discrimination campaign” project with the aim to raise awareness about discrimination and to include Roma people in communities. Volunteer will have chance to manage the theatre play "France" and work with this group. Group is Roma and Serbian youngsters from Vranje. Apart of it she will help in promoting of EVS program, working on radio show under our Community radio, write blog, develop own projects…During our activities we will mostly use non formal methods and interactive work. We believe that non formal education can help to one young people to develop personal and professional skills.She will be able to work in mixed group with Albanian, Serbian and Roma people became aware about multi cultural communities.Center E8 has activities in other projects and she can help in organizational segment and learn how to organize events such as conference, movie festivals, workshops, theatre plays.She will also have Serbian classes that will help to hear to integrate in community.By this project we expect to raise importance of intercultural dialogue among youth in South Serbia, promote mobility and European citizenship. This will be the first step for the future cooperation that we want to explore among organizaitons.
