Youth and Cultural Movement in Europe; Empower and crossing boarders

The training course "Youth and Cultural Movement in Europe, crossing boarders and Empower" is aimed at young people actively involved in youth organizations in project development; youth workers and social actors in general. Will be held in the island of Gran Canaria, Spain, from 12 to 18 April 2016. The countries involved are: Spain, Romania, Latvia and Denmark. The total number of participants is 30. The project duration is 6 months. (From January 11th to July 11th, 2016).We aim to create a workspace, using the methodology of non-formal education. It will work the following objectives:- Know the Erasmus + Program and the opportunities it presents for the young- Bringing the culture and use it as an element of social cohesion- Enhance youth and cultural offer in rural and remote areas- Improve the supply of alternative entertainment for young people;We work these objectives through workshops and workshops, training sessions, field visits.It is expected that the project participants are active participants in the construction of knowledge from guidelines andactivities designed by the trainers.We will also work in parallel several training strategies with activities that develop the participants in the various "European nights open" as they are to promote values "such as tolerance, citizenship, human rights and improving the organization of management of cultural projects and social focused on youth.The project's impact can be measured at several levels: At the local level, with the organization of the project for the local economy (supermarket, restaurant, inn, company buses, travel agencies, etc.); at regional level with field visits to a cultural project (Festival of street theater and puppets of Santa Lucia).As for results, results DEOR be generated with the development of a resource guide and European cultural projects.In turn, it will work for project visibility before, during and after training in social networks (facebook, twitter), in press. In addition the project will create a logo to include, along with the program, all actions of promotion of the project. Each and every one of the documents (press releases, posters, videos generated), will feature the logos of the program and of the National Agency).Finally, long-term benefits are the implementation of several major projects (KA2 and KA3) between the project partners with issues related to culture and solidarity among peoples.
