The main target of this project was to bring together Municipalities and Community Councils from different European countries in order to exchange ideas, experience and knowledge for the welfare of the young people 18-30 years old of their communities. Throughout the duration of this project, seminars, lectures and workshops were organized to increase the knowledge of those who were responsible for the development of the towns in relation to the wellbeing of young people. The project facilitated the active participation of young people in each town, gave them the opportunity of using their skills, their free time and their energy to develop their clubs or to create new, in order to live and work in their small communities as active citizens. Young people traveled abroad, research, discover, perform and share experience and culture for the realization of multicultural dialogue. Municipalities attracted as many as possible 18-30 years old young people to be investigators, and to be highly motivated in learning their own and others’ cultures. We involved more adolescents in the local cultural clubs to rationalize their free time. During the project implementation, collaborative workshops and seminars with the participation of the stakeholders from different countries were organized. The two pylons of that project were firstly to exchange culture, knowledge and experience and secondly to develop such projects in their towns based on the European dimension taking into consideration the multicultural society and the people of special needs, abilities and skills.
