RTSC (Real Time Strategic Change) ???????A?Aµ???Aµ???A???? 7. ???A?Aµ?????A° ?? ???A±???A°?A???A° ???????A·???A°ENGLISH VERSION:The project will be implemented in Bulgaria - Lovech and Germany - Berlin. The topic of the project is "Young people - entrepreneurship, perspectives and participation in the decision making process" and it unites the entrepreneur spirit of youth and the the civic participation in the decision making process at local and national level. Unfortunately the young Bulgarian entrepreneurs are rarely active citizens and this is the challenge we are facing undertaking this project - on one side we will encourage the active citizenship on the other we will enhance the entrepreneurial spirit. Project goals:- Creating preconditions for involving the local community attention on the youth employments and entrepreneurship issues;- Improving the key competencies of 16 young people in undertaking and carrying out initiatives including community development initiatives; - Enhancing the youth issues in the community and addressing recommendations toward the responsible institutions. The period of implementation of the project is 10 months - 01.01.2013 - 31.10.2013. The participants are 12 young people from Bulgaria and 4 young people from Germany.Planned activities:1. Preparation, selection, introduction 2. Initial meeting with the young people from Bulgaria, mentors and experts will be conducted. 3. A survey ???Young people ??A entrepreneurship, perspectives and participation in the decision making process???.4. Study visit in Germany5. Training on concrete situation, related to applying for financing the idea, meeting with potential sponsor, etc. 6. RTSC /Real Time Strategic Change/ Conference 7. Assessment and feedback.
