Yes We Can! Is an Action 3.1 training course for youth workers and youth leaders focused on facilitating international and intercultural youth encounters. The TC will be held in Albania in Pogradec city The project duration is eight working days. The project will involve 33 participants from eleven countries. Partner promoters in this project plan to work on Youth in Action – Action 3.1 (Youth Exchange) projects and other intercultural encounters and need competencies in this area of work. It is very important to enable them to actively involve young people in international projects, facilitate non-formal educational activities, to work in multicultural groups, to promote inclusion, cultural diversity and other Programme priorities and objectives, as well as to manage projects efficiently. Finally, it is essential for youth workers to understand the necessary health and safety regulations that have to be conducted prior and during an international Youth Exchange. All of the above issues constitute project aims. We hope the course will strengthen civil society in Albania, a country in desperate need of strengthening youth work expertise and civil society capacity.
