• THE CONTENT OF THE PROJECT: The content of the project which we aim to conduct is to visit Arbetsförmedlingen Institution onsite in Sweden via intermediary firm Euprocon Consulting to witness • Theoretical and practical training programs and their durations • Courses for training and the contents of the courses and their durations • The selection criteria of participants which are eligible for entrepreneurship • The exam held to participants and oral interview contents • Opportunities and incentives which are offered to participants after training and other applications under the scope of entrepreneurship And receive training to understand the differences if there is any. AIM OF THE PROJECT: Our project is to promote a culture of entrepreneurship within the scope of adult education staff mobility to examine the applied methods onsite to introduce entrepreneurs with the concept of business plan to increase their chance of business success. For this purpose, we aim to observe the partner country "entrepreneurship education" program; especially by experiencing the application of the program, and adopt and update the "training of trainers” program in the EU with learning theory and practice by observation, detecting the differences, adopting acquired knowledge and experience to entrepreneurship education in our country. A team of 15 staff who can contribute the achievement of the project is created; which includes researchers, experts, business and professional consultants, data preparation and control operators and statisticians. Education levels of the participants are indicated to be bachelor’s degree and upper. Participants are responsible for implementing their acquired knowledge and skills at the end of the project and share them with the other staff working in our institution. The activities planned within the scope of the project have three stages: * PREPARATION PHASE * IMPLEMENTATION PHASE * EXTENSION PHASE METHODOLOGY; includes project preparation, training, monitoring, evaluation, social activities and dissemination activities. EXPECTED RESULTS: With this mobility it is aimed to raise awareness of the staff by ensuring effective implementation of processes related to entrepreneurship education. The acquired knowledge and skills of the participants as a result of the received training will be shared with all the partners to contribute to the professional and institutional development. This will contribute standardization of the provided service. Examining applied entrepreneurship education methods on-site will raise awareness; will increase staff knowledge and skills through interaction between cultures; will raise public awareness on entrepreneurial consciousness as obtained knowledge and skills will be shared with other employees in the sector. Acquired knowledge and skills of the participants will be compiled and extracted results will be published on the website of our institution and will be published in quarterly journal called 3i and will be announced to public and our colleagues across the country; which will encourage the use of developments and modelling. Participants, by recognizing different cultures will learn how to work with team spirit. Participants will be more motivated and willing to learn a new language. MULTIPLIER EFFECT: As a result, entrepreneurs in our country will be acquired a sustainable business life with a sustainable education. Besides, there will be more employment and more employment chances in the possible newly founded businesses. Hence; this will contribute to the economy of our country. Individuals will establish and manage their own business and will gain self confidence which will contribute to the formation of a confident society.
