The project is simple: 3 different organisation who have work together throught EVS project decided to continue to cooperate over important issues :1. Our divercity can be a catalizer for creating new products and developement in our local environment by focusing on different entrepreneurship and local culture and reflect and evaluate common experience in 3 meetings. -in Sveio, in Soma and in Malaga.2. Learning to cooperate from the 3 corners in Europe will be a need experience for youth in the near future.This is the background for the project and we have worked the idea for more than 1 year.3.The object for the project is to assist a needed job to create positivety and optimism for the future and to let the participants see that they have resourses to create their own future. Ther intercultural and European aspects are also important to solve bigger issues.4.It will be totally up til 30 participants and 6 leader. We want a minor basic group take part with at least 3 participants as we think it will be difficult to have the same youth in all 3 meetings. The profil in the group is ordinary youth 18 - 30 living in local environment for the participating organizations.5.Activites will be visit good pratice to give good excamples and motivation to make something new to create jobs. Than also have reflection and evaluations over experiences. Than we also learn how to make an idea to come true by games and real informations about planning, small steps and working among local people by interview. In the meetings we want to use the local environment as much as possible . All will be done in an unformal way tha will be the mail methodology.6.We hope ity will resault in activities in each organization to create new jobs and an avearness of each persons possibillities to create a good life and business in hometown or in bigger companies.7.We hope the longer term benefit will be a stronger beleave in European cooperation even in minor rural area or in part of bigger cities. We also wish it will built the participating organization stronger. And ofcause give energi to participants who realy want to create something big or small in their own life and by that reduce the unemployment in Europe.
