The idea of actualizing our project has started with the incompetency of teachers of foreign languages in using foreign language teaching websites, multimedia and ICT that came along with the survey studies of the total quality management committee and the SWOT analysis. A project team has been formed up in order to overcome these deficiencies. The main purpose of this team is that our teachers should definitely qualify in using foreign language teaching websites, multimedia and ICT to make foreign language classes more attractive and efficient so that our students can take the advantage of this atmosphere at best. With this aim a project task has been formed, the incompetency of our teachers in this field has been determined by a course program of an associate institution from Europe, correspondences has been kept and precontract has been signed. There are going to be 12 attendees who are our nine foreign language teachers and three from Turkish language whom will be chosen, tested in target language and recorded by an independent associate. These three teachers will be taught the target language in intermediate level. All the actions that have been done and will be done in the schedule have been planned by the project coordination team. This team will be in controlling, revising and reporting in project course. The main actions of our project will be the basic ICT, using the websites in foreign language teaching, basic education from experts from or out of school in European culture, visa procedures and logistics at school, detailed examination and internalization of course program of associate institution, toleration of risks in course location, individual reports from attendees and using these reports as idea outcomes and extension of these outcomes as reports locally and globally. At the end of the project period, it is proposed that our students who are the target group will get the maximum benefit in foreign language classes. We also think that our school will be one of the top schools in our region with its teachers who will qualify with the educational attainments gaining with the project and they will enhance the total quality of the institution. It is expected that at the end of the project we will have the chance to overcome the self esteem problems of students in learning foreign languages. Thus, in long term our students will have the advantage of having the careers they want in the future and advance in their careers with the maximum attainment in foreign languages thanks to the efficiency of foreign language classes.
