During the evaluation meeting „XSTRIM – Let’s share 10 years of EVS experience‴ participants will make the summary of 10 years of work in European Voluntary Service field of Youth Development and Integration Association STRIM and partners. For the project representatives of 18 organizations from 10 different countries are invited. We will have guests from Spain, Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Malta, Germany, Greece, Latvia, The Netherlands. Two EVS coordinators or mentors from each organization and members of STRIM (all together 41 people) will participate in the meeting, which will take place in KrakAlw from 12th to 16th of October 2011. The project aims at fostering co-operation between STRIM and STRIM’S partners in European Voluntary Service through evaluation cooperation up to know, develop and share initiatives and ideas and create a new cooperation strategy for the future project. Through discussions, sharing experience, workshops, visits in hosting organizations, participants will gain skills and competences to develop qualitative EVS projects with a good impact on volunteers, organizations (hosting and sending) and local communities.
