A few years ago, our school was transformed into a school with integration units. Therefore, our teachers had to improve their qualifications in order to meet our students’ diverse needs. On the basis of school’s diagnosed needs as well as in accordence with its direction of development, we want to build up our teachers’ qualifications in order to ensure best development of each student. The abovementioned aims are supposed to be fulfilled throughout the improvement of our teachers’ qualifications in the following aspects: - various solutions used when working with students with diverse educational needs - integration of healthy children with disabled ones - individual approach towards students during lessons and extracurricular activities - use of different teaching methods (creativity, activating methods, modern technologies) with children with diverse abilities. We want to fulfil those objectives by: - providing our teachers with diverse proffesional training ( three proffesional trainings / two participants in each) on abovementioned issues - establishing cooperation with foreign schools and observing their methods and solutions (three schools / two visits in each school / three participants foreach visit / 18 mobilities all together). All knowledge acquired during a project will be passed on to other teachers in training and also used in practise (implementation of given oganizational solutions, work methods, etc.). It will lead to work quality improvement in our school. We want to promote the outcomes of the project and share gained experiance with other teachers and schools throughout articles on websites (also on websites intended for teachers) and in local press. Moreover, we are going to used the experiance when cooperating (also internationally) with other schools. We hope that established contacts and cooperation between partner schools will lead to the development of partner institutions as well as will bring long-term benefits in the form of new projects of European range.
