The project is in line with the European School Development Plan and the needs of both school, and participants, e.g.: increasing the linguistic competence of teachers of comprehensive subjects, introducing elements of the foreign language during classes of other subjects, developing teachers’ methodological skills and using modern, innovative forms and methods of work at lessons, including the use of information and communication technologies, the need for effective management of the organisation.The project involves organizing preparatory actions (language courses, language mentoring, preparing information materials about the place of the training), assistance in organizational matters. The main activity of the project is the participation of the teaching staff in English language courses, methodological courses and the education management course. The project will be attended by 10 participants: Historian - Ireneusz Szlendak - basic knowledge of English and the use of ICT, a participant of several on-line courses, a teacher responible for the school students councilThe basis of entrepreneurship - Artur Kryczka -is also a building subjects teacher, has prepered his students for numerous building and entrepreneurship competitions, has organized interesting trips and projects for studentsDeputy Director - Agata Okleja-Lewczyk -ICT and Mathematics teacher, an examiner and the chair of the committee responsible for evaluating Matura exam, an administrator of the school volunteering organisationPhysicist – Marzena Rozborska - is also Nature and building subjest techaer, has prepared the students for the nationwide Building Competition and the Building Skills and Knowledge CompetitionTeacher of law – Ewa Pisula - an outstandingly active teacher who is an organiser of school interests clubs, cooperates with students, is also economic subjects teacherMathematician - Anna Sawczuk - posseses knowledge of ICT, has undertaken moodle courses, an administrator of a school on-line register, an examiner of Mathematics Matura exam, English teacher - Dorota Krzywiec - basic knowledge of ICT and its use during English classes, has participated in several training sessions in PolandBiologist - Magdalena Surmacz-Jońska - fluent English, together with her students has taken part in EU project under the action of Protection of the Environment Fund and in the European project B.E.A.GGerman teacher - Jolanta Krauze - has prepared her students for numerous language competitionsRussian teacher - Ilona Szymańska-Kołaczek - fluent German, has taken part in several coursesParticipation in the project is designed to increase the professional and linguistic competency of employees, improve the educational offer of the school, increase the use of ICT during lessons, increase teaching effectiveness. It is also essential to achieve higher rate of external examination pass, to start international cooperation, to manage school efficiently, the develop multilingualism.The participants of the course will learn methodical innovative methods in their work and apply information and communication technologies, which will cause the increased interest of students, more effective ways of teaching, as well as better exam results. The participants of language courses will use the acquired language skills to conduct some classes in English. This knowledge will also enable them to benefit from sources of information and publications in English. They will also get involved in the registration of the school on the eTwinning platform, and in the future they will share their own publications and projects on the platform. The knowledge of the language will enable the participants to establish international cooperation and contacts with other institutions.The education management course will contribute to more efficient and effective management of the school. Then it will help to establish partnerships with schools of other participants of the course. Participation in the courses will improve the quality of school education offer, its promotion in the local society, it will increase the quality of teaching. In addition, students will become more interested in foreign languages, the culture of other countries, and international cooperation.All the results of the project will be disseminated and promoted after its completion by posting information about all the courses, trainings and Erasmus + programme on the school website, school promotional leaflets, brochures and posters, as well as in local newspapers. Publications concerning the project, lesson plans including new methods and techniques of work will be posted on educational portals and eTwinning platform. Demonstration lessons will be conducted at school, as well as a series of trainings for other school employees, students’ parents, teachers of other schools in the area. The link to the website of the programme Erasmus + will be placed on the official website of the school authority.
