Offering students and professionals an international orientation / experience is very important to Koning Willem l College.An important goal in this project is offering students an international workexperience in an accredited place where he/she can acquire labourmarket relevant learningcontent. Student will be also chaallenced to improve his language skills and thesocial skills too.Activities done during internship are intergrated in the regular curriculum and monitored by a professionals from Koning Willem l College and a specialist from the accredited internshipplace. Another important goal is providing professionals with labourmarket relevant opportunities to go abroad for international experiences to improve and/or update their skills.The mobility of professionals is instrumental for the studentmobility and the internationalisation of the curriculum. Professionals who can share an international labourmarket relevant experience with students and local industry are a rolemodel for students and ideal promotors for international mobility and cooperation.In cooperation with the heads of the departments and our HRM department the international labourmarket relevant jobshadowing or internship is promoted in our college. Professionals apply through HRM, after discussion with their head of the department for an international labourmarket experience.The international experience will be integrated in the Professional development plan of the professional.
