Working in partnerships - wie kann Jugendarbeit erfolgreich mit Unternehmen kooperieren

The development of youth work as a qualified non-formal education for all young people linked to their approach of community orientation, voluntary, participation and emancipation, strengths and process orientation or self-education and organization today requires a closer cooperation of their professionals with actors from the world of economy. So it can effectively accompany the growth of young people confronting to the challenges (demographic development, youth unemployment, migration and refugees, sustainability discourses, social exclusion of young people, social imbalances in the regions). CSR strategies and CC strategies of companies give us a suitable starting point for design possibilities of cooperation between youth work and corporates.With regard to the quality development of youth work perspective, this cooperation should play a greater role in the skills of its professionals. Therein lays an essential contribution to the implementation of the European youth strategy and the implementation of an independent youth policy. Therefore, seven partners have come together from France, Serbia, Romania, Greece, Lithuania and Germany to implement a two-part multinational training project for professionals in youth work with the theme "Working in Partnerships - how can successfully cooperate youth work with companies".The training project has the following objectives:1. the imparting of additional skills for project management for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of cooperation projects with companies, in particular for target groups with fewer opportunities2. to give youth workers technical and methodological knowledge to link this approach with current challenges of escape and migration (preventive and opening approach)3. facilitating the collegial exchanges between youth workers of European educational institutions and developing their work approaches and providing reachback effect on their local and regional involvement.The training project has workshop character and consists of two parts. The production of a "Toolkit: Partnership youth work and corporates" includes a practical handout (project management tools, principles and values, methods) useable for the participating professionals and other interested parties is methodically conductively, common to be developed by the participants. The first part of the workshop takes place from 3rd to 9th November 2016 in Schwerin / Germany. Under the motto "Key factors for a successful cooperation between Youth Work and corporates" the participants get the opportunity to work on possible different self-images, political and social requirements, structures and conditions under which takes place youth work in the participating countries. They deal with various forms of cooperation and possibilities for participation of young people from different backgrounds. They develop tools / methods for project work. They acquire methods, such as the Youth Pass can be integrated as a tool in the planning, implementation and monitoring of cooperation projects between youth work and businesses. The part use knowledge and experience of the innovation project "Youth share. Mobility abroad. Discover talents."The second part of the workshop will be held from 6 to 10 March 2017 in Belgrade, Serbia. Participants can reflect and adapt for their own project work in youth work experience of Serbia anchoring of youth work in civil society, starting from the current discussions on human rights and youth policy perspective under the motto "Inclusiveness as an important value and mainstreaming for working in partnerships". The participants deepen their knowledge and skills for action approaches (social, migration, escape) in working with disadvantaged target groups of young people. Finally, the participants group work collectively on the outline and the content of the "Toolkit: Partnership youth work and corporates"The project aims to contribute to achieving the objectives of Erasmus +, mobility of professionals of youth work:1. professionalisation of professionals in youth work in the participating organizations and their professional exchanges2. enhanced recognition of non-formal learning and youth work in the economy, better communities anchoring of youth work3. multiplier effects to get more awareness for disadvantaged youth for offers of youth work and contributions to the solution of the continuing refugee situation4. the qualitative development in youth work in general.
