Working with horse competitions!- project will be organized 2-39.9.2015 ja 2-30.9.2016. To the project is going to participate two volunteers from each partner country ( Austria, Hungary, Spain, Portugal). During the project participants will do volunteer work at the riding stables at Niinisalo. There is going to be held event riding competition, and volunteers task will be to help building the competition and cleaning it of. Worktask includes building the competition area, painting fences and clearing the area. During the competition event the volunteers will help with different kind of practical tasks. Through the project we will bring international and intercultural athmosphere and possibilities to the riding stables and to its customers, as well as local community. Local finnish young people are going to take part in organizing the event with volunteers and they will get opportunity to get to know people from different countries and cultures. They will get new point of views to their lifes and new ideas at working with stables. During the project volunteers will learn new skills and competence: they will learn how event riding competitions are organized, they will get to be a part of a team to organize, implement and clean the competition weekend. They learn how their own effort will affect to the result. In addition they will learn to communicate in different culture and to work in multicultural team. They will learn to take care of them self and how to survive living independently. We believe that the work experience and skills they will get from the project will help them to continue their lives with new inspiration and help them to find job or study place.
