“Work ReACT” is multi-measure project that aims to fight youth unemplyment using nonformal education methods. During the project we will held one training for group leaders in Melnik, Czech Republic and 2 youth exchanges in Mircoveni (Romania). The general objectives of the project are: - To develop the cooperation between 12 NGO’s from 12 countries; - To raise the awerness regarding the situation of youth unemployment in Europe; - To develop the cooperation and youth participation to fight youth unemployment; - To promote different nonformal education methods and life learning for 65 young people; - To promote tolerance and understanding between 65 young people; During the training course that will be held from 8 – 17 September 2015, in Melnik, Czech Republic 24 participants (2 pax/ country) will develop their competances on using nonformal education, in special role-play and LARP (Life Acting Role Play) methods to fight unemplyment and earn more knowleadge how to be a group learder. The first youth exchange will gether 37 participants (4 pax + 1 leader) from 7 countries (+ 1 CZ + 1 RO leader) and will be held from 15 – 24 October 2015, in Milcoveni, Romania. The second youth exchange will gether 44 participants (5 pax + 1 leader) from 7 countries (+ 1 CZ + 1 RO leader) and will be held from 5 – 14 November, in Milcoveni, Romania. The youth exchanges will be made in mirror between the partner organisations 5 + 2 countries (Czech Republic and Romania). During the activities of the youth exchanges the participants of the training will have the opportunity to experince their compentances as group leaders and together with the youngsters to find the best way how to nonformal education methods to fight unemplyment.
