PROJECT
FINISHED
Context/background:
EDOS Foundation initiates training courses, projects, and other educational activities to stimulate and facilitate the personal and professional development of adults and youngsters who are professionally or voluntary active in the field of adult education, youth work, and welfare work.
By carrying out this project we want to:
- improve the professional skills, knowledge, and attitude, of our employees
- improve the trainings that we offer under Erasmus+ KA1, and make these more attractive for participants from EU member states
- create a broader and stronger foundation for our work in the field of validation of non formal and informal learning.
Objectives:
In this second EDP of EDOS Foundation, we look at the needs on organizational level as well as on personal level.
Regarding the personal development we have defined 2 aims: improving the European added value of the training courses that we are offering in the framework of KA1, and paying more attention to personal development in our projects and training courses.
Regarding the organizational level we find it important that we develop a broader view on the validation of non formal and informal learning. It is not only a matter of developing tools and methods, but our work in this field should also be connected with other themes in the field of education and labour market, such as personalized learning.
