Wilson's diamond is a methodological tool. It sais that the governmental, academical, economical and civil decision-makers are able to create a new structure, processes in any area. Therefore we adapt thw Wilsons diamond modell to youth policy: young people, youth workers, youth experts will communicate with the four diamond-model actors: state, business, civil society and the academic community. It’s a continuous need for the youth work to be able to build such a network which can be the partner of a peer and a state area, surface: if we don’t do something then the human resource of youth matters will simply disappear. Our project works out and realizes a dialogue within the youth profession at national level - based on the so-called Wilson's diamond model - reestablishing-extending the cooperational field of its organizations. Therefore we have worked out a three-step professional cooperation system and the gain for professionals is to work out lobbying aptitude, the skills to enforce interests and cooperation.We try to find link between the actors of Wilson-diamonds and so multipliing the quantity and quality of the amplified communication will be the real driving force.The Wilsom-diamond method is adapted by ISZT for youth affairs, which try to develop the youth affairs and youth work.
