The project of professional training in Italy (Rimini) entitled" Many professions –o lot of benefits of the abroad apprenticeship" has been planned for a group of 32 students of Zespół Szkół nr 4 im. Janusza Groszkowskiego w Tychach. The two mobilities have been planned : in May 2017 for 4 IT specialists, 8 teleinformatics and 4 electricians and the second one in May 2018 for 4 teleinformatics, 6 electronics and 6 IT specialists. The project will be implemented in cooperation with the agent company Sistema Turismo. It is an institution that has been involved in organizing abroad apprenticeship in Italy. They will find places for completing training where the participants will improve and acquire skills corresponding with each profession. They are workplaces having rich experience in teaching, technical facilities and a qualified staff. Sistema Turismo will also provide the project participants with accommodation, meals, monthly tickets for local transport, will monitor and evaluate the project. Finally, Sistema will certify the participants and will be engaged in spreading the project results. The main objectives of the project are: to improve professional skills, increasing employment perspectivs, creating the sense of entrepreneurship, improving foreign language skills and motivation to continue learning and participation in trainings. With the opportunity to learn modern techniques, equipment and work organization, the students participating in the project can become valuable employees. Gained experience and observed ICT, electrical and electronic solutions can contribute to the modernization of local and regional companies, but can also be a motivation to start their own businesses. Knowledge of foreign languages and the acquisition of learning results appropriate for each profession will allow for flexibility in establishing contacts and exchange of professional experience, and these will result in a better and more effective functioning of the labor market. Students will learn the Italian customs and traditions, the Italian language on a communicative level. These could be an advantage in seeking employment in companies cooperating with Italy.Thanks to the project system of accumulation and achievements transfer, the participants will be able to develop professionally through easier acquisition of skills, promoting the principle of learning throughout life.Each partner institution will also benefit. The school will strengthen institutional cooperation with the agent company and the companies providing trainings. The agent company, through the process of evaluation of the project, will receive a feedback of which apprenticeship elements should be developed or improved in the future. The training companies, by working with our students, will gain experience how to create the best conditions for the foreign employees.The project will be monitored by the Principal of ZS 4 and coordinators. At each stage of the project the evaluation will be made, so at the level of the participants and at the level of partner organizations, in order to ensure the highest quality. After each mobility the activities will be carried out to spread the project results.After completing the training, the participants will receive an Europass Mobility certificate and the list of individual student achievements in Polish, English and Italian languages.
