After the global financial crisis, youth unemployment was tremendously increased. University graduates are trying to differentiate to get employed or create new job position through innovation and entrepreneurship. The high level of unemployment; the need of creating new job positions is an opportunity to focus on youth training on innovation and entrepreneurship. So with the increasing need to address this problem, we need to have more youth workers that are going to be trained on how to address those issues. Therefore we came with the idea to encourage and educate youth workers to learn more about entrepreneurship, to learn more about methods that they can use in order to motivate and involve more people to start their own businesses, we thought of showing them designs and workshops that they can use in order to multiply the effect and to create much bigger effect on young people to start their own businesses, to get entrepreneurial mindset. The objectives are very clear: - To train as many youth workers on entrepreneurial skills so they can continue doing the same in their own local community - To give them methods, tools and designed workshops that they can use in their own country - To develop a entrepreneurial attitude in these youth workers so they can do the same with their youth - To learn these skills by simply doing them‏
